Job description: HOURS: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + Overtime a couple of Saturdays a month.
Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 + $2.00 shift premium for 2nd shift.

- Levels production by ensuring operators have what they need when they need it.
- Responsible for the monitoring of inventory using visual replenishment.
- Responsible for providing replenishment signals within the facility.
- Report operations in LN accurately and in a timely manner
- Willingness to work overtime as needed basis.
- Remove all cardboard, plastic containers, foam inserts and other non-essential materials from the production lines.
- Experience with data entry (Excel), and computerized Material Requisition Planning (MRP)
- Pull work order kits according to procedures.
- Operates moving equipment in the performance of tasks.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have Math skills for accuracy in reference to control and maintenance of Inventory
- Problem Solving Skills
- Capable of identifying areas of improvement and act
- Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English; read, write and speak.
- Time management: ability to multitask, prioritize and adjust in a fast-paced work environment and make timely decisions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Highly motivated, high energy with the ability to both works independently and with the team.
PHYSICAL DEMAND:
- Continuous Lifting up-to 40 lbs.
- Continuous Moving of material
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Warehouse and Shop Floor/Manufacturing environment.
- Must wear steel toe shoes and safety glasses when in manufacturing.
- Must comply with all applicable safety and environmental rules and regulations.
