Local parking company is seeking full-time call center/ customer service representatives to work in our very busy call center located in uptown Charlotte. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

These shifts are not negotiable so please do not apply if you cannot work the set schedules listed above. THESE ARE NOT A REMOTE POSITIONS.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Works well in a high-pressure/high-volume call center
  • You must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
  • In high-stress situations, you must remain calm but assertive when necessary
  • You must exceed expectations while providing the highest level of customer service
  • You must have the ability to stay focused and help the customer despite distractions
  • Applicants will sometimes work alone, therefore you must be dependable and reliable
  • You will answer phone and intercom calls in a timely manner with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Highly proficient in multi-tasking in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of uptown Charlotte is required.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Creative in problem solving
  • Demonstrates the ability to think “out of the box”
  • Uses sound judgement when making decisions

Communication Skills:

  • Effective professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Avoids use of slang
  • Effective conflict resolution and active listening
  • Meet spelling, grammar and comprehensive requirements
  • Appropriate call handling etiquette
  • Has the capacity to learn quickly ad grasp new concepts while demonstrating the ability to apply what has been learned

Technical Skills:

  • You must have strong Microsoft Office skills for data entry, and be able to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Ability to manage multiple screens at once
  • Ability to manage multiple telephone and intercom calls
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute with high accuracy
