Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, You Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For Our Valued Clients And Work Independently To Fulfill Their Needs. You Will Also Receive Support From An Assigned Account Supervisor To Ensure Success In Your Role. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing and completing tasks and projects assigned by clients, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Serving as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Maintaining proactive and consistent communication with clients and Account Supervisors.

Assisting clients with project management, calendar organization, research, and purchases.

Handling administrative tasks such as inbox management, transcription, business correspondence, and data entry.

Managing email communication based on client guidelines and company policies.

Contributing to social media management and marketing efforts.

Attending virtual meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and providing follow-up as needed.

Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.

At least 4 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with task management programs such as Trello or Asana.

Experience with communication programs like Slack is a plus.

Knowledge of CRM platforms such as SalesForce, Hubspot, or Zoho is preferred.

Experience with expense reporting programs like Quickbooks or Expensify is a plus.

Familiarity with travel management programs like Concur is a plus.

Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite and WordPress is preferred.

Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone.

Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with accuracy.

Availability during business hours PST or EST Monday-Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon with each client.


As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be compensated as a 1099 independent contractor. Your earnings will be a percentage of your clients’ monthly plans, with monthly pay averaging between $1,500 and $3,800, depending on your client mix. After six months of tenure, your revenue split can increase to 50%.
