Job description: Assist during the week of November 27th to December 1st in office five days a week (Midtown) with any ad-hoc Administrative duties. This role will offer training during the week of November 13th to 17th.
-Manage the front desk to greet visitors and direct guests.
-Prepare the morning coffee station and printing areas.
-Assist with data entry as needed.
-Manage reservations for conference rooms.
-Assist with catering and mail delivery.
-Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
