- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues affecting search engine performance
- Analyze website analytics and provide actionable insights to improve user experiences and website performance

Founded in 1996, Rosewood Marketing is a full-service marketing agency guiding business owners in the Anabaptist Plain Community to sustainable growth through marketing leadership. We seek a Senior SEO Strategist to increase our inbound traffic throughout multiple marketing funnel stages. If you enjoy working with faith-based businesses, listening, and asking questions to analyze and strategize with your knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, consider joining our team as an SEO Strategist.
Our Ideal Senior SEO Strategist:
- Experienced: 5+ years of managing search optimization programs for clients in a professional setting. Experience in an agency setting and knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant or Amazon, and PCC management brings extra value.
- Computer Skills: Advanced experience with digital marketing tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and project management software is required. A strong understanding of Google Analytics, the ability to perform technical SEO audits, and manage paid search campaigns.
- Analytical: The ability to look at website analytics, create a creative SEO plan, and evaluate each project to ensure things move in the right direction.
- Strong Communicator: Able to present data findings and results and communicate the strategic plans and goals to clients. Ability to answer questions regarding best practices and resolve specific issues as they arise.
- Active Listener: An excellent listener to our clients to clearly understand their needs. Someone who asks good questions.
- Desire to Learn: A continuous improvement mindset paired with expertise in SEO; desires to grow in knowledge continually and put it into practice.
