Who You Are
You are an expert in content areas students would be interested in (computer science, journalism, creative writing, etc).
• You have experience teaching students between 3rd-8th grade
• You love to build and adapt curricula to create engaging, rigorous, and relevant experiences for your students.
• You build relationships with kids through engaging content and tasks.
• You’re flexible, adaptive, and excited to lead in this new world of microschools.
• You’re comfortable with online tools similar to Google Classroom and Zoom.
• This is a fully remote position, so you must be comfortable working that way
What You’ll Do
The majority of this work falls into the following buckets.
• Curriculum Development – You’ll create or adapt the curriculum in your content area to meet the needs of your students in a hybrid setting.
• Teach – Our year is based on 7 five-week cycles. You will choose the cycles you are interested in teaching and the number of classes you want to teach.

• You should not join us if change and flexibility are hard for you. We are a startup and entering our 2nd year of running schools. Things frequently change to meet the needs of our kids.
