We develop software for monitoring semiconductor manufacturing process and are looking for individuals with engineering knowledge and passion for programming to maintain and expand our current flagship product. Job Description:

Maintenance and expansion of a mature, yet ever growing Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) product targeted at semiconductor manufacturing industry. We create over 250 new features a year. The software consists of a single code base used to generate 4 distributed components and some 250 communication DLLs. The software is written in C++ and heavily utilizes threads for asynchronous capabilities. As part of the team you will be required to

  • Learn the software to understand how our customers use it.
  • Understand the customer needs and how to translate the requirements into features that extend and not break existing functionality.
  • Implement features using C++
  • Find and fix bugs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related technical field.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in semiconductor manufacturing company on data acquisition and analysis projects
  • 3+ years’ experience in writing engineering code
  • Demonstrated ability and passion for programming
  • Knowledge of C++ and Object Oriented Design
  • Experience with multi-threaded applications using ownership model
  • Experience with MFCs a plus (You will be required to learn it if do not have current knowledge.)
  • Experience with databases
