The Associate Security Program Management Associate will work with our PSE team to perform the following:
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews with Consultants and Manufacturers for the PSE team.
- Lead and support data driven projects including but not limited to:
o Data collection
o Database configuration
o Database audits
o Documentation
o Data entry
- Distribute and create data intake forms to maintain and create dashboards.
- Develop a deep understanding of the project data and the related data model to assist in the ongoing administration, maintenance and enhancement of dashboards and reports.
- Own and Maintain data center security WorkDocs sites and manage access to dashboards.
- Develop and implement dashboard solutions for the data center security program.
- Own daily, monthly, and yearly processes currently used to ensure that all reports are populated or refreshed on time with accurate, trusted data.
- Utilize automation tools to collect information on a regular cadence.
- Create forms to collect feedback from internal and external staff on documents used by the PSE team.
- Organize shared mailboxes to increase team productivity and organize access requests between the Security Consultants and PSE team.
- Project manage the end-to-end process for designing security operations at data centers, which includes utilizing project schedules to adhere to the requirements of the individual project, assigning tasks, ensuring project work is complete and on schedule, facilitate, communicate, and identify status expectations, assign new work, and ensure quality and completeness of work.
- Create templates in Word and Excel to help facilitate project RFP’s.
- Initiate new project documentation to include Scope of Work (SOW) documents for incoming project requests.
- Collaborate on the schedules of key deliverables PSE security team.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new types of projects.
- Identify, recommend, and manage strategic projects to drive process improvements and facilitate risk management.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes and present findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with security team to collect, review, and submit audit evidence.
- Manage requests for information and analyze results to ensure leadership is informed.
- Research and compile information for the creation of business cases and proposals.
- Present to large groups of stakeholders, when necessary (i.e., training, information disbursement, business case proposals).
- Build framework and methodology for field implementations.
- Regularly organize and facilitate meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
- Update and create procedural documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Provide operational support as needed; this may include team backfill, site level training, and other duties assigned by leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
