Position: Facebook/Instagram Paid Ads Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Facebook/Instagram Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales through strategic ad placements and audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid advertising strategies for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Create engaging ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos, that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI and conversion.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics and interests.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative development.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads Manager platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications (preferred but not required).
