WHAT YOULL DO:
We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace EDI Analyst to join the Liberated Brands team! The Marketplace EDI Analyst is a self-starter who assists on the EDI process. As an EDI Analyst you will need to be collaborative, creative, analytical, and comfortable communicating between multiple departments. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication and impeccable attention to detail.
- Assist in monitoring the EDI process for Amazon Marketplace accounts
- Collaborate on all EDI orders
- Review the EDI change queue to ensure all changes are made on time
- Data entry into EDI portals to complete the order process
- Help monitor EDI for any errors; notify all involved internal teams of any EDI issues in a timely manner
- Assist on resolution of EDI related chargebacks
- Ensure all changes to existing EDI accounts are carried out accurately
- Review EDI related routing requirements to ensure accurate system execution
- Disputing and investigating short shipment claims
- Monitor Marketplace Seller Performance to ensure the accounts are in good standing
- Work with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure all Marketplace orders are being fulfilled within the designated SLA
- Monitor Marketplace returns, disputes and messages
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOULL NEED:
A formal education and degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience, background, and willingness to learn.
The eCommerce Coordinator were looking for is highly organized, detail oriented and an incredibly curious individual who can collaborate with different teams in a digital world, they are looking to learn and grow within the digital direct-to-consumer business.
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; OR three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong verbal and written comprehension
- Consistent follow through
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi task
- Full Circle experience a plus
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- This position requires full time hours from our Costa Mesa location (this position has flexibility to work hybrid)

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $25 – $28. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. #LI-Hybrid
